I'm not a big believer in aroma therapy at all. But this bath product really does help you relax. I can't explain it, but I think it works. I was introduced to this at a Bed and Breakfast in northwest Louisiana. The owner told me I would sleep like a baby after using it and I did. I would never have tried it otherwise. Now I always use it in my bath before I go to bed. The natural vapor is strong and very pleasant - not at all sweet and not like perfume. I can feel my shoulders sagging as soon as the pungent aroma hits my nose and a good soak is better than a sleeping pill. Leaves your tub clean too.
