Epsom-it Foot Lotion, 10oz. Same Effects As Epsom Salt but Without a Bath Review
I think that epsom lotions are excellent products. Epsom lotion is great to provide temporary relief for muscle aches, joint stiffness, and arthritis pain. When I apply this lotion on my body, my body feels more calm and relaxed. I first discovered epsom lotion when I was browsing through the aisles of a local CVS Pharmacy store in early 2010. The CVS Pharmacy company has their own unscented epsom lotion, and I thought to myself, "What a neat concept". A lot of people these days don't have the time to sit and take a hot bath, so the epsom lotions from CVS Pharmacy and Epsom-It are convenient. Anyways, I was a fan of CVS Pharmacy's Epsom Lotion soon after I tried it, and I started buying a lot of epsom lotion bottles and giving them as gifts to family, friends, and co-workers. Honestly, the majority of them came back to me and told me that these lotions helped them. And a lot of them told me they went to CVS Pharmacy to buy some bottles to give to their own family and friends. I even gave these bottles to a physical therapist and a massage therapist at a physical therapy office I used to visit in Florida. The physical therapist always told her clients to take an epsom salt bath after her physical therapy sessions, and I gave her this lotion so that she could apply it to her patients right after her treatments. The same goes for massage therapists. A lot of massage therapists would tell their patients to take an epsom salt bath after treatment. The massage therapist I gave this bottle to now applies this lotion after her treatments as well. She told me that she applies the lotion on herself as well since a lot of massage therapists experience their own aches and pains when they're treating patients. I felt bad for a fellow physical therapy patient who said he only took showers because it was physically more challenging for him to sit and take baths because he was an amputee. So, I gave him a bottle and he appreciated it. And I bought one for a friend who also happens to work at a CVS Pharmacy who had knee surgery, and she told me that she was glad I gave her the lotion because it helped her with her pain, and that she now makes sure that her store always has CVS Epsom Lotions in stock at her store. Epsom lotions truly make life better and more convenient for those who just experienced surgery, who have some physical limitations, who experienced traumatic physical injuries from sports, vehicle accidents, etc., who have physically demanding jobs, who take care of senior citizens, or for those where bathtubs aren't that accessible. I really do believe in the therapeutic effects of Epsom lotion, and CVS Pharmacy and the Epsom-It companies are the few companies I know that make this product. If you truly want to see the people you know suffer from less physical pain, even if it's only temporary, then give epsom lotion a try. If you don't find any temporary relief from your pain, then at the very least you have a lotion to moisturize your skin. But I still think this lotion will help a lot of people. In 2010, I sent an e-mail to CVS Pharmacy kindly requesting that they sell Epsom lotion online so that people didn't have to physically drive from one CVS Pharmacy to another to see if they had this lotion in stock. (I personally wasn't thinking about myself when I sent the e-mail. I honestly was thinking about those individuals who had physical therapy, those individuals who couldn't drive, or those individuals who were stuck in hospital or nursing home beds, and how convenient and easier it would be for people in households or who work in health-related or sports-related facilities to order these Epsom lotions online for patients/individuals. I don't work for CVS Pharmacy or Epsom-It. I'm not a physical therapist or massage therapist. And I don't work for promotions for any commercial company. I'm simply just a regular human being who personally understands what it's really like to experience chronic physical pain for almost two decades, and who sincerely wants to see other individuals suffer from less pain, even if there's no cure, just so life is a little more tolerable and bearable. That's all.) Anyways, the CVS Pharmacy replied back to me, and said that they would soon sell the lotion on their website. Now, it's the year 2011, and their epsom lotions are now available online on their website for $9.99. Woohoo! :) I tried the Epsom-It lotion, and it provides similar results as the CVS Pharmacy Epsom Lotion. The Epsom-It lotion's consistency is more thin and runny and doesn't have a seal on the top of the bottle, but still provides the same therapeutic results. The CVS Pharmacy Epsom Lotion has a seal on the top of the bottle, and has a more thicker lotion consistency. The Epsom-It company offers two epsom lotions, one for the body and one for the foot. If you personally do have the time and the physical capability and convenience of a bathtub, then try REV.'s E+ Trainer's Epsom Formula 15-Minute Muscle Soak. And if you want try something other than epsom salt baths, then consider trying the various mineral bath salts from Hot Springs, Arkansas's Bathhouse Soapery & Caldarium. One of the very few times in my entire lifetime I have ever went to a spa or had a natural mineral hot bath (I never took the time before because of my workaholic tendencies. This was a lesson I had to learn in this lifetime.) was at the Quapaw Baths & Spa at Bathhouse Row in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hot Springs, Arkansas is just an interesting place to visit when you read about the history of the place, and how many generations of people, even some well-known celebrities and political figures, have visited this place to seek some relief from their health problems and physical ailments through the natural hot springs mineral baths. Anyways, check out bathhousesoap.com and try some of their mineral bath salts and soothing lotions. Trust me, your body will feel better after trying these products. In summary, Epsom-It and CVS Pharmacy Epsom Lotions are amazing products. I'm just surprised that these products weren't out in the marketplace a long time ago. Epsom lotion is a smart, helpful concept. And each person eventually ends up experiencing physical pain - young or old - and it's a nice idea to have a bottle handy in your household or workplace when someone is experiencing some aches and pains.
