I use the sports Batherapy and lavender Batherapy, both, in a single bath. The sports batherapy does take away sore muscles and other little aches and pains - I would never have believed it if I had not experienced it. Even if I am not sore or achy, but just extra tired and stressed out, this stuff really works - by the end of the bath I am relaxed, happy, and feeling fine.
