My friend told me that she bought this stuff for her aching feet. I think it is supposed to increase your circulation and warm you up - anyway, she said that she thought it helped with her cottage cheese thighs. Well, I'll try anything short of a starvation diet - so I used it and it seemed to help. Am I imagining it? I dunno - I could be, but it really seems to have made a difference. I looked up Arnica on the internet and found some links to cellulite - so I am recommending it and hoping it works for you too.
