First of all this item arrived late, which set me up to be somewhat disappointed. The packaging from the shipper was fine, but inside the product's inner packaging was all flaky due to the product's makeup and design. I use many bath related products, including A LOT of bath bombs, so I was anxious to see how this "more expensive" alternative performed.
Taking off the inner wrapping almost crumbled the entire bath bomb. Once in the water it barely fizzled and petered out in like 15 seconds leaving floating coconut shreds in the bath water. Not little flakes, but large sections of coconut strings that resembled worms in the water! The amount of fragrance was extremely scarce and the oils this bomb imparted where practically non-existant.
People make complain about Lush's prices, but at least you get a product that has some substance. This was not only expensive, but extremely lacking in quality. There is another company that sells through Amazon that makes awesome bombs for HALF of the cost of these. Most of theirs that I have tried performed circles around this one!
